As our Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member, he handles strategy development, mergers, acquisitions, and forging strategic partnerships. he’s recognized for entrepreneurial success, at companies like TELUS and IBM. Ehab holds degrees from Queen’s University and a CMA, CPA from Saint Mary’s University. Outside work, Ehab enjoys horseback riding and cheering for Real Madrid.

Muhannad leads Ard Labs, Ard Group's technology development unit, overseeing Product and Engineering teams of 50+ professionals. He directs internal initiatives and strategic government projects while driving the company's transformation from resource augmentation toward managed services and proprietary products. With 20 years of experience, he has led technical, product, design, and shared services teams of all sizes. Off duty, he enjoys music, reading, and motorcycle riding.

Suzanne, our Chief Customer Officer, brings 15 years of experience from Zain, Yahoo, and Estarta to ensure client satisfaction through quality assurance and team management. Known for building strong teams and setting high standards, she also advises on operations processes and SOPs. Suzanne enjoys Sudoku and quiet coffee moments, balancing her dynamic career with personal interests.

Mohammad brings 10 years of expertise in business development and expansion. As an early Tesla team member in MENA, he helped establish its presence, gaining skills in strategy and operations. He has also worked with telecom leaders like Umniah and Rogers. Holding a business degree from UOIT, he leads Ard's partnerships and expansion. A Real Madrid fan, he enjoys football, tennis, and traveling.

Nidal is leading product, technology, and AI strategy across ArabiaWeather, Ard Solutions, and Ard Labs, a 55+ person team delivering climate risk intelligence across MENA and GCC. A former fintech venture-building C-level executive, he created AODC, Ard Group's AI-native development methodology. Outside work, he stays active through the gym and swimming.

Montaser, our Head of Product Design, has a strong track record in building B2B and B2C products, creating world-class digital products that combine strategy, creativity, and technology. He is passionate about transforming ideas into impactful products that deliver exceptional value for businesses and users. Outside of work, Montaser enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending time with his family.

With an impressive 18-year career at industry giants such as Pepsi and Yahoo, Omar Salahi leads Ard Group's finance team with exceptional expertise. He built the team from the ground up, significantly enhancing our work systems. Omar's dedication and stellar performance have consistently earned him recognition. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his two children, Abood and Joud.

With 15 years of experience, Bissan specializes in legal communications and governance. At Ard Group, she ensures compliance and streamlines contract negotiations, working closely with management and legal teams. She has held key roles at Maktoob.com and Jabbar Internet Group, including during Maktoob's acquisition by Yahoo.com. In her free time, Bissan enjoys reading and swimming.
